All beginners must start with the Beginner Reformer Intro Offer. Attend 6 reformer beginner classes where you will learn the foundational reformer Pilates repertoire before moving into our other group reformer class options.
If you have taken reformer classes in the past at another studio and want to check out our beautiful space, the Previous Experience Intro Offer is for you. It includes 5 reformer classes with an expiry of 60 days from purchase.

Hey, I'm Georgia
your fully certified Pilates and movement instructor
Pilates was first introduced to me as a form of rehabilitation post-surgery when I was 16 years old. I had surgery to correct scoliosis and have worked to alleviate back pain and muscle tension and increase strength and flexibility through a consistent Pilates practice. Experiencing the benefits of Pilates in my own body became my source of motivation to become certified and help people transform their lives through movement.
