Infinite Wellness Pilates Studio
Studio Policies & Procedures
At Infinite Wellness, we aim to provide a harmonious and fulfilling experience on your journey to fitness and well-being. To ensure everyone's safety, comfort, and enjoyment, we have established the following policies and procedures.
Please Note: All New Members Must Start With the Reformer Beginner Intro Offer
Given the small, intimate nature of our classes as well as all the apparatus, we are not accepting drop-ins for beginners. For your safety and to optimize your experience at the studio, ALL new members must start with the Reformer Essentials Intro Offer! It includes 5 Reformer Essential classes before attending our other signature group classes. Please join the waitlist to be the first to hear of upcoming offerings!
Studio Policies
Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time. There is a keypad on the main building entrance that requires a code for entry. Once you enter the code and the door unlocks, please lock the door behind you and proceed up the stairs to the second floor. The studio door is locked during and between all classes. If you arrive early and find yourself locked out it either means we are setting up for class or are wrapping up a session. In this scenario, please wait and we will be with you momentarily. If you arrive after your scheduled class time, you are late and will lose your reservation. Please do not knock on the door as you are further disturbing the class and for safety reasons I am unable to leave the room once a class has started.
Upon leaving the studio, please take all your personal belongings and lock the main building entrance door by clicking the lock symbol. Thank you!
Place all your belongings in the reception room or down the hall in the storage cubicle. Turn off the world outside and leave your cell phones outside of the classroom. Classes are designated self- time for you and are phone-free zones and not permitted in class as they are disruptive to everyone. We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience and fully escape! If you want to snap a photo before/after class you're welcome to but please have your phone and belongings outside of the studio room when class is in progress.
Members must manage their cancellations and bookings via their profile on the WellnessLiving software. If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel your reservation in your profile using the WellnessLiving software. There is a 24 hour cancellation window for all classes otherwise it is a missed class credit. Please do not email, text, or message on socials to manage your class reservations. Life and things outside of our control happen and I will always err on the side of understanding and do my best to accommodate extenuating circumstances (please email!). I cannot guarantee that I will receive your email before the start of class so please make sure to cancel on your Wellness Living software to give others a fair opportunity to attend class.
If you’re on the waitlist it is your responsibility to monitor your email – in the event that someone cancels, the class booking system will email you that a spot has been available and you must confirm or cancel your reservation within 12 hours of receiving the email or it will expire. If you are unable to attend class you must remove yourself from the waitlist to allow others the opportunity.
*It is assumed that by being on the waitlist, you will be able to attend the class if a spot becomes available. If you no longer wish to take the class, please remember to remove yourself from the waitlist. If you do not get off of the waitlist, the class will be credited to your account for future use.
Any class cancellations due to instructor illness will be communicated to all registrations with as much notice as possible.
Classes require a minimum of 2 registrants to run. In the event that there are not 2 registrants in a class the class will be canceled and placed back into your account for future booking. You will receive an email of the cancellation with as much notice as possible.
Registering for more than 1 class on the same day is not permitted for your safety. Please monitor your schedule. When you attend a second class in a day you compromise your form and it's a liability for the studio. Your muscles also need adequate time in between classes for recovery.
As classes are small, transferring from one class to another has to be managed by members and comply with the 24-hour cancellation policy. Please do not request transfers to classes via email, social media, or over the phone.
All class memberships have a set expiry date noted on WellnessLiving and expire within their set term (i.e. Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall). Packages cannot be extended beyond their expiration date, refunded, or transferred.
It's suggested to do 2-3 classes per week as attending classes infrequently does not allow for advancement of practice and may result in injury.
Occasionally pictures and/or videos may be taken during classes for social media posts. Permission will be asked in advance.
My preferred method for communication is email – georgia@infinitewellness.net – it helps me stay organized and not miss anything! I will make every effort to get back to you within 24-48 hours.

I’m pregnant, is there anything I should avoid in Pilates classes?Congratulations! As long as you have been active pre-pregnancy and are cleared to attend classes, you can continue with your regular classes. Notify the instructor so that they can give you the appropriate modifications. Unfortunately jumpboard classes must be paused after the first trimester and resumed postnatally. You can also consider prenatal classes when they are offered. Great way to meet other mamas!
